I'm going to be blogging about stuff in the famous app game: DragonVale and posting hints, tricks, and many other stuff too in the future. Bear with me, I'm a noob blogger sooo. Let's get started with this topic, shall we, my fellow Wizards?
Tips&Tricks: Getting Fireflies
Many of you might have been using this method (or atleast I am and it works like a charm!), but before I figured this out, I was having trouble going to my friends' parks and getting fireflies from their party hats. Like. um, that takes a while and you have only 1-3 party hats per friend with a low chance of getting those firey flies. (Bahaha, I know!)
Treat yourself to some treats! Just don't eat the Blushrooms!
Anyways, after reading the Help section on the Firefly Festival, I saw that you can get fireflies from growing snacks! Like, woah, thanks Backflip Studio, or else I'd be dreading this until August 3rd.
So anyways, I decided to grow some higher cost treats because I figured it'd have a higher chance giving fireflies, right? Hahahah, wrong. So I spent 1 million + DC and a whole day doing nothing. Oh the joy. After the day passed I decided to grow those 50 Dragoncash cheap treats called Dragonsnaps and I was surprise by the results! I actually got 2 fireflies from like almost all of them but maybe two of them didn't give me anything. I've been using this method ever since because it just takes 30 seconds to grow the treats, and they are super cheap!
I decided to share this with y'all so you'd be getting fireflies faster to get all the super cool prizes. (I really want the Dawn and Dusk dragon. I would buy it from the Market but I have no money!)
Do they hide in trees, caves, water, gold pots, or dirt?
Another perk is that if you are max level, you'd have all the habitats in your park, so I suggest going around every 5 minutes or so to collect money with a chance of getting fireflies out of the process. Being a noob to DragonVale, I am not the maximum level yet, so I don't have too many habitats, but my current ones work out fine! (I'm only level 17, js!)
Meh, this was a short blog post, but I do hope that some people with read this, because I like, need friends. Because I'm anti-social. Like, not even kidding you, haha. You guys should add me, because I give gems back always! (If I don't it means I ran out of daily gems to give, but i write every friend in a notebook that I need to gift back, in date order that the gem was given.
